in a short while. Email sometimes take a while to be delivered so please
be patient. If you have NOT received the email
with download instructions within 4 hours then please let us know
and we will process your order manually.
The email address we are sending your order to is the same one you used to make payment using Paypal. Please make sure you are checking that email address for the instructions in case you have more than one email address. If your payment is classified as an ECHECK payment by Paypal then you will have to wait until it clears before you get your order. To many problems with ECHECKS not clearing after product has been delivered. Sorry! - It usually takes about 3-4 days. VERY IMPORTANT- The download link we send you expires within 48 hours. You need to check your email and use the link within that time or else it will expire and not work. If it does expire just let us know and we can send you another one. We also manually send out the instructions and attach the file to the email if the link expires without being used, so you may want to check for that email from us.
